Sowing Strength, Harvesting Leadership will bring together more than 100 women from across NL for a meaningful day of leadership development, peer connection, and wellness-focused programming.
Participants can expect:
- Practical skills workshops
- Inspiring talks from women in agriculture and agri-food
- Networking and peer connection opportunities
- Conversations around leadership, resilience, and well-being
- Tools and strategies to support both personal and professional growth.
This event will also include an evening reception and dinner from 6:30-8:30.
Jen Wright, Executive Director and Christa Legge, Sector Initiatives and Engagement Manager will be in attendance. Jen is leading a breakout session on Women in Ag Leadership. Christa is taking part in a panel discussion.
