The Skills & Occupations Gap Report is part of the Strategy for Increasing Labour Productivity in the Agriculture and Food Processing Sectors funded by the Canadian Agricultural Partnership. Although developed for the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA), this strategy is relevant to all agriculture and food processing industries across the country to manage workforce challenges.
