The program is designed to help small and medium-sized farms and agri-businesses tackle people challenges even without in-house HR.

Work one-on-one with an experienced HR consultant to address immediate issues and build long-term HR systems tailored to your farm’s size, structure, and goals - whether you're just getting started with HR or looking to strengthen what you already have in place.

Rather than one-off advice, you’ll have a trusted HR advisor who gets to know your operation and can support you as challenges arise —whether it’s for answering questions, reviewing documents, supporting difficult conversations, or guiding the decision-making process related to people management.

This affordable, expert support costs a fraction of hiring full-time HR staff, making it ideal for small or growing operations.

Flexible tiered options

HR BASICS

$750 per month | 5 hours of 1:1 HR support per month

Best for small operations looking to build HR fundamentals

Perfect for owner-operators managing 1–5 team members, including family or seasonal workers. This option is ideal for farms that are just getting started with HR or want to put formal systems in place. Support focuses on building key HR foundations like recruitment, onboarding, basic policies, and compliance, giving you confidence in your people management and helping you save time as your operation grows.

What’s included?

Monthly check-in (30-45 min)
Phone /email support with employee relations or employment standards
Basic customized HR templates

HR GROWTH

$1,200 per month | 8 hours of 1:1 HR support per month

Farms with growing teams

Ideal for operations with a mix of full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees ready to strengthen their HR practices. This option helps formalize people management systems, improve onboarding and training, enhance employee retention, and better manage the challenges of seasonal staffing for smoother operations.

Everything in HR Basics, plus:

Job descriptions & hiring support
Onboarding checklists & structure
Help with employee issues

HR PARTNER

$1,500 per month | 10 hours of 1:1 HR support per month

Larger or more complex operations

Best suited for farms with 15+ full-time employees, multiple locations, or more advanced HR needs. This option provides in-depth support to build robust HR systems, develop leadership capacity, and strengthen internal processes. It’s ideal for operations looking to scale sustainably while maintaining a strong, cohesive team.

What’s included?

Everything in HR Growth, plus:

Recruitment support
Performance & retention
Leadership and supervisory development
Ongoing TFWP support

NOTE:

A minimum 6 month-commitment is needed to ensure consistency and meaningful results. Unused hours do not roll over from month to month. Additional hours of one-on-one support beyond indicated hours will be charged between $150 to $200/hour.
