National Agricultural Occupational Framework Survey

April 27, 2016

The Canadian Agricultural HR Council is reaching out to farm owners across Canada and asking them to participate in an online survey.

This survey gives you an opportunity to share your input on the job skills required for various roles in an operation. These job skills were identified through extensive national consultation with your industry peers, but we need your help to ensure the information is accurate and complete. The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, and your responses will remain anonymous.

We need your help to make sure that the information is accurate and complete.

What's in it for you? Why do you want to take to time to review? These are tools that are being developed for you to find out what experts like yourself have identified as best practices and expectations.

About the survey: This survey is being conducted by the Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council (CAHRC) as part of the National Agricultural Occupational Framework (NAOF) Project. The research is presently focused on: Crops, Turf, Honey, Apple, Mushroom and Potato to complete the commodities in this project. This NAOF framework will form the basis of on-the-farm training that supports a strong, skilled agricultural workforce and improves the training process for farm owners.
