Success in Agriculture: A Gendered Perspective of Social Networks 

This report analyzed the networking patterns of 25 men and women at various stages of their careers to gain insight into how both genders use their social networks for career development.

Supporting the Advancement of Women in Agriculture Needs Assessment 

The project reviewed existing research, and used a survey of 500+ participants, and a series of focus groups and one-on-one interviews to identify the most critical barriers to advancement for women in agriculture, and suggests ways to address these barriers.
